Stop sharing your pain with everyone & never on social media. There are many who would be happy to see you in pain. Be mindful who you allow into your circle. Not everyone is there for your healing. Some will even pray against you. Take your pain to the Almighty, your Healer!

Almighty. Give us the strength to face these most blessed nights of #Ramadan. We ask You to accept all our prayers, fasts, charity & good deeds, done solely for Your Sake. May we end this blessed month on a high note! Aameen

When you’re in the midst of a storm and you’re wondering where the Almighty is, remember He has not forsaken you. He has not forgotten you. All you need to do is ask. Anchor your hope firmly. And keep asking. This is not a one-off effort. He will respond in His time. Trust Him!

The trouble with many of us is we love to pick on people, jump on their failures and criticize their faults. We do it with such passion like it’s a natural pastime. Bear in mind that it could all come back to us at any time, any day. Remember that what goes around, comes around.

It’s common for some to turn back to the Almighty only when a calamity strikes. At other times, they’re happy just being caught up in this worldly life. That is far from ideal. Let’s realign our priorities because we’re supposed to remember Him in both good and bad times!

Don’t fear your struggles. Face them head on. It’s part of life. Sacrifice in order to emerge from your life tests in a manner that’s pleasing to the Almighty. Remember, we will ALL be tested. There are no exceptions. Learn to give up the short-term comfort for the long-term win!

Don’t look at your problems and think they’re insurmountable. Don’t look at your trials and think no one else has it as bad as you. Instead, learn to rise to the challenge and pass each test with gratitude and humility, knowing the Almighty placed them in your life for a reason!

Almighty. Help us to put You first in every area of our lives. Help us to live one day at a time to the best of our ability. Help us to not worry about tomorrow but instead focus on what You’re doing in our lives right now. Help us to put our trust in You always & to worry less!

Whenever you find someone who brings out the best in you, stay connected to them! They’re a rare breed. Today, too many are preoccupied with bringing others down. Normal people don’t do that. It’s the insecure ones who have to make excuses to put others down to feel confident.

Discussions & debates are preferred instead of arguments because when you argue, you’re trying to find out who’s right & who’s wrong, whereas a discussion serves to establish what is right. As far as possible, seek a peaceful resolution & if you can’t, agree to disagree politely.

Don't be overly sensitive and take things too personally. At times, people behave the way they do because of the burdens they’re carrying. Be kind. Try and put yourself in their shoes and empathize. If you can’t, be nice and don’t hurt them. You’ll have a more peaceful life!

Don’t keep dwelling on your past. Acknowledge what happened and learn the lessons meant for you. The Almighty did that for a reason. It takes courage to leave the past behind & make that first move forward. Get out of the dark times and into the light of new and better days!

Deal with your insecurities. If they have been shaped by someone in authority criticizing you, recognize this & understand that people change over time. Forgive the past. Otherwise, insecurity will always keep you on the defensive. You think everyone’s talking about you!

When you’ve committed a sin, quickly repent and get back on track. Reflect, show remorse and commit to never make that mistake again but don’t dwell on it. Take a deep breath and remind yourself, this is just a chapter, NOT your whole story.

If you want to mend relationships that have soured over the years and you find the other party not forthcoming, don’t despair. You’ve done your part. Keep asking the Almighty to soften hearts. It will happen sooner or later if He wills.

Many of us are fooled into believing that we have time. So we put off till tomorrow what we were supposed to do today. Many thought the same. But death overtook them. Don’t lose out. Let this world run its race. We run after the Hereafter which is eternal. May we all get there!
